Forty antique tractors will stop for lunch on the square in Minden on June 6 during the annual Tractor Relay Across Nebraska. The public is welcome to come look at the equipment from about 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. and speak with the owners.
The parade will circle Bethany Home as they enter Minden so residents can enjoy the spectacle. The line of tractors will also stop by Kearney County Health Services on their way out of town for residents of Hinterlong and Long Term Care to enjoy.
This will be the sixth year that tractors will journey approximately 400 miles from Holyoke, Colorado to Plattsmouth, Nebraska. The mobile antique display is sponsored by the Nebraska Antique Farming Association and raises funds for the American Legion ‘Operation Comfort Warriors’ program.
