The Minden Opera House was full on Friday, May 4, for Chick-Fil-A Leadercast 2012, broadcast live from Atlanta, GA.
Comedian Tripp Crosby was the emcee for the event, which kicked off at 8 a.m. with a presentation from Andy Stanley.
Stanley discussed three questions every leader should ask before making tough decisions.
Stanley’s first question was “What would my replacement do?” He gave the example of a couch, which is purchased by newlyweds for their first, small apartment, and does not fit in to their later residences, but is carried over due to the memories established.
