The Minden Beautification Team is hosting a “Garden Walk” featuring seven local Minden gardens on Saturday, June 23.
The walk from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. begins at the garden of DuWayne and Marcia Krueger located at 662 S. Logan St. in the southwest part of Minden. Other featured gardens include: Don and Joy Phillips, Joan Kopf, Mardy Carlson, Gene and Marlys Lundeen, Jack and Sue Yant, and Ted and Rita Griess. Tour booklets will be available at the first garden with a detailed map showing garden locations.
