The Minden Public Schools Board of Education approved amendments to Policies 5416, 6400, 5008, and 6800 at their meeting on Tuesday, June 12.
Superintendent Dr. Melissa Wheelock indicated 5416, dealing with student fees, must be updated each year and changes for 2012/2013 include a change in lunch prices, as required by new law. MPS will also require students taking college courses for credit to purchase the necessary text books for those classes.
