When Dave Bunger purchased the building formerly belonging to Watson’s Steakhouse, he knew there was significant work ahead.
The idea began, Bunger said, as he was looking for a place to store his extensive sound equipment. Initial negotiations were unsuccessful and he was unable to obtain the building, but as time wore on, the selling price came down to where an agreement could be reached.
