Axtell Falls To Bulldogs, 62-6

The Axtell Wildcats football team hosted the Class D-2 second-ranked Shelton Bulldogs on homecoming Friday in Axtell in raining conditions.
Shelton was able to defeat Axtell by a score of 62-6 to improve to 4-0 on the season while Axtell fell to 0-4 on the year. Axtell will play host to the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders on Friday and will shoot for its first win of the season.
