The $6.1 million expansion and renovation project at Bethany Home in Minden has seen great progress since the groundbreaking last October. Still in Phase I of the three phase process, the venture is still considered on schedule.
“The time line was adjusted because we got started later than anticipated on the project,” Bethany Home Administrator Bob Tank explained.
This initial stage in the undertaking is the most time consuming because it involves the construction of two additions to the facility. On the south side of the building, the assisted living expansion is visibly coming along. Framing is finished and electrical is being run.
