Board, MEA Reach Contract Agreement
The Minden Board of Education held its December board meeting in the C.L. Jones Media Center.
This was the final meeting for Pat Nelson who has served the district the past four years. Nelson will be replaced by Ken Carpenter who was one of the three highest vote getters in the election in November.
Nelson wanted to thank the board, the administration and staff for all they do for the district.
Minden Superintendent Melissa Wheelock showed the board a power-point presentation on Construction Managers put together by the DLR Group’s Pat Phelan who was unable to attend the meeting.
