Bruning, Avery Are Only Contested Race

On May 10, Kearney County voters will head to polling stations for the Primary Election. Only one local office election will appear on the primary ballot because it is the only contested seat.
The race between Republican candidates Ross Bruning and Nathan Avery in the partisan race for Kearney County Board of Supervisors District 2 seat will be on the Republican primary ticket. The District 2 seat is currently held by incumbent Ross Bruning. Because both candidates are registered with the Republican Party, the election will be decided during the primary.
