Cats Defeat Falcons, 42-36

ilcox-Hildreth Falcons renewed their rivalry on the football field on Friday in Axtell for the first time in a few seasons.
This matchup was an offensive explosion as the teams combined for 78 points. Axtell’s 30 point first half was enough to hold off a second half rally from the Falcons to prevail 42-36.
Axtell improves to 2-4 on the season while the Falcons fall to 2-4 on the year. The Cats host Amherst Friday on homecoming while the Falcons travel to Lawrence-Nelson.
