Consignment Shop Opens In Hildreth

Pat and Ivan Schoone opened the new Schoone Consignment Shop in Hildreth on July 4.
The Schoones had purchased the house next door to their Hildreth home in May 2012.
Previous attempts to obtain the property were unsuccessful. “Ivan was in the process of building a garage on our property when the owner showed up one day in May,” Pat said, “Ivan, just ready to pour cement for a foundation for the new garage, dropped everything and negotiated with the owners.”
