Council Adopts Ordinance For Sexually Explicit Businesses At November 5 Meeting

The Minden City Council met on Nov. 5 and breezed through in under an hour a full page of agenda items.
The most important item would be discussing a proposed Ordinance #1178 which is an ordinance adopting and enacting a new code for sexually oriented businesses for the City of Minden.
City Attorney Tom Lieske has been working on adopting an ordinance since a proposed all-nude club is locating in Minden.
