Falcon Track Team Competes At Bertrand Invitational

The Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons track team was in action on Friday participating in the Bertrand Invitational.
The Lady Falcons came away with a sixth place finish, scoring 61 points. Bertrand edged Loomis 89 to 78 for the team title followed by Southern Valley with 76, Eustis-Farnam 67.3 and Mullen 64.3.
Samantha Johnson was won three first place medals at the invite. Johnson won the triple jump, leaping 33’9″ while winning the 100-meters in 13.1 and as a member of the 4×100 gold medal relay with team members Brandi Brummer, Hannah Blum and Callie Guthrie in a time of 53.0.
