Falcons Can’t Catch Eagles

Wilcox-Hildreth’s boys put together an excellent fourth quarter but the gap before that was too much to overcome as Overton defeated the Falcons for the second time a week apart, this one a 62-51 Eagles’ win. The loss in Wilcox for Wil-Hil dropped the record to 1-19.

After doubling the score on the Falcons in the first period, Overton went on to lead 34-19 at half- time and 48-28 after the third. Then Wil-Hil made its a-little-too-late fourth quarter run.
