Falcons Compete In Jim Mather Invite

The Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons track and field teams competed on Wednesday in the Jim Mather Invitational held at Arapahoe High School.
“It was great to get another track meet in,” stated WH head coach Ken Meyers. “The day started out cold but turned out to be a great day weather wise and this showed in some times. Overall it was a good day and it was good to have a full squad for the first time this year. Shelby Aspegren had a very good day placing fourth in the 400 with a time of 63.4 and 800 with a time of 2:35.8. Morgan Farley also threw well in both the shot and discus. Olivia Adam and Caitlin Hinrichs ran very competitive races in the 3,200 and 1,600. Both the girls 4×800 (Rachel Cedar, Kaizelle Damit-og, Karen Paitz and Hinrichs) and the 4×100 relay (Randi Loschen, Michaela Hinrichs, Shelby Fouts and Aspegren) ran excellent races.”
