Falcons Split Two At Home Triangular

The Wilcox-Hildreth Falcons volleyball team hosted a pair of Fort Kearny Conference rivals, the Amherst Broncos and Loomis Wolves, in a pivotal triangular with FKC seeding on the line for upcoming conference tournament.
The Falcons lost to Amherst but were able to top Loomis to make a split of their games. W-H now stands at 8 wins and 6 losses on the year.
The Falcons opened against Amherst dropping a three set contest by scores of 21-25, 25-20 and 22-25.
Ashley Nichols led the squad with 11 kills followed by eight kills each from Camryn Preston and Sophie Gruwell while Alex Voichoskie and Emily Bergstrom had one each.
Reilly Jenkins had 21 assists while Voichoskie had four and Preston one. Gruwell had four ace blocks while Nichols had two and Jenkins and Preston one each.
