Judge Dismisses Charges Against Mike and Teresa Sumstine—King of Kars

More than forty zoning violations brought against Mike and/or Teresa Sumstine by the City of Minden were dismissed by Judge Robert Ide in Kearney County Court on Thursday, March 30.
The Sumstines are the owners of King of Kars, Inc., an auto dealership in Minden with cars located on seventeen lots within the city limits of Minden.
The Sumstines’ properties are located within Residential zoning districts R1 and R2 and Commercial zoning districts C1-C2.
The violations spanned a period from 2009-2010.
