Kissinger Leads Dawgs At Gothenburg Invite

The Minden Whippet varsity golf team was in action on Thursday in Gothenburg in the 14-team Gothenburg Invitational played at Wild Horse Golf Club.
“The guys did okay today considering the conditions,” stated Minden head coach Eric Christensen. “Due to conflicts with district music, three players could not go to Gothenburg. Ryan, Dylan and Nic got some valuable experience on a challenging course on a challenging day. Derek played well on the front nine and ran into some bad luck on the back nine. He finished with an 82 placing him ninth in the field of 69.”
