Lady Cats Get Two Wins At E-F Triangular

The Axtell Lady Cats volleyball team opened its 2013-14 season in fine fashion on Thursday by sweeping both contests in the Eustis-Farnam triangular held in Eustis.
The Lady Cats defeated the Eustis-Farnam Knights in the first contest by a score of 25-17 and 25-16.
Leading the Cats were a trio of hitters including Kit Wells, Hannah Kring and Carlie Prososki with team-high six kills each. Laura Lundeen finished with two kills in the win while Kathryn Sorensen added one.
