Lathan Thompson, John Osgood Vie For South City Council Seat

The candidates for Minden’s North Ward City Council seat are:

* Lathan Thompson, 59. He is a 4-year incumbent, looking to get re-elected to the City Council.

* John B. Osgood, 57. He has a BA from Hastings College, an MA + 66 from Kearney State College/UNK, and is also part of the City of Mindene Planning and Zoning Commission.
