The law firm of Anderson, Klein, Swan & Brewster recently opened an office in Minden. On the southeast corner of the town square, their new office is at 401 East 4th Street, known as the 401 building. They are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Mondays and Fridays by appointment.
The firm also has offices in Holdrege and Kearney. Attorneys Michael Klein, Charles Brewster and Jonathan Brandt each spend one day a week in Minden. Jane Albers, who along with her husband use to run an electronic store on the square, works in the office.
“I found myself having court appointments here and realized there was a need for another crop of lawyers to assist the community,” stated Brandt. He is in Minden on Wednesdays which is county court day.
Anderson, Klein, Swan & Brewster occupy offices formerly filled by lawyers Jess Adkins, Dave Wondra and Sarah Bockstadter. Attorneys Adkins and Wondra practiced in Minden for many years before both men passed away.
