Minden Boys Route Wood River, 73-34

The Minden Whippets boys basketball team picked up another road victory on Thursday when Minden defeated the Wood River Eagles.
Minden cruised past the Eagles 73-34 to improve to 17-2 heading into its regular season finale against Broken Bow on Feb. 18.
Minden was led by Carson Blum with 18 points followed by Derek Kissinger with 13 and Ben Petersen 12.
The Whippets left no doubt about who was in charge in the opening period exploding for 26 points while holding the Eagles to only five points.
