Minden Ends Regular Season with Loss to Omaha Roncalli

Minden’s regular season final opponent was Omaha Roncalli, last year’s Class B state champion and a highly ranked team again this year. The game was played in Omaha and Roncalli defeated the Whippets 65-47 on February 18. Minden dropped to 10-11.

Roncalli outscored the Whippets in each quarter and steadily pulled away. They led at halftime 33-23 and 44-30 after three periods. The Crimson Pride made 14 threes in their home gymnasium.
