The Minden High School theater department will be hosting their annual One Act play performance on November 14, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The name of the play is “The $39 Man” and it was written by William Gleason.
The play is a comedy about the greatest hero of all time: Milo Sapperstein, guardian of the city sewage system. While facing off against the dreaded Dr. Draino, Milo is nearly killed in the sewers. With the help of his sidekick Paddy O’Brien, the $39 he has in his pocket, and the skills of Dr. Denise Darnell, Milo is put back together with spare parts to become the $39 Man, ready to return to the sewers and stop his nefarious nemesis.
