Minden Wins SWC, Downing Ogallala

The Minden Whippets volleyball team continued its dominance of the Southwest Conference on Saturday. The Whippets won their second straight conference title after defeating fellow Class C-1 rated Ogallala Indian team in the finale.
The Whippets improved their season mark to 8-1 following Minden’s two victories.
Minden defeated the Broken Bow Indians in the semifinals in two sets by scores of 25-16 and 25-12.
