New Chamber Director Hopes To Build On Past Success

Embracing Minden’s Christmas City tradition and building on the success of past director Marcy Brandt and the Chamber board are two goals of new Minden Chamber Director Jessica Dorn.
Dorn began her position as the new part-time director of the Chamber of Commerce on October 18.
The past director, Marcy Brandt, resigned to take a position as the Minden Opera House Director.
Dorn, a Minden native, will bring business management experience to the position.
She recently completed her business management degree at UNK last year and previously worked for the Kearney Area Animal Shelter.
Although only a week on the job, Dorn is excited by the prospect of getting out and talking to people.
