The Kearney County Health Services Board of Trustees is looking to create a Master Plan to help guide future facility improvement projects. Tim Dudte and Steve Lewallen from HFG Architecture gave a presentation about considering their firm to help with the plan during the September 30 regular meeting.
HFG Architecture has been creating Master Plans for rural healthcare facilities for 26 years. The firm begins with a data driven planning process that allows them to understand the facility, staff, operations, and goals before designing and delivering a Master Plan. Creating a Master Plan can take 3-4 months.
