School Board Approves Standard Response Protocol

The Minden School Board of Education met October 10 with only two new business items on the agenda. Superintendent Dr. Melissa Wheelock explained the first item.
During a recent workshop put on by Nebraska Department of Education, a suggestion was made for all Nebraska schools to adopt a uniform Standard Response Protocol. The idea behind the suggestion was to use common language in every school so visiting students and faculty will know the procedure no matter what school they are in.
