Generosity is a quality that’s a lot like unselfishness — someone showing generosity is happy to give to or share time, money, food, or whatever with others. It is a characteristic that most parents hope to instill in their children, but it certainly takes time and effort. Sharing doesn’t always come easy to children.
Brothers Isaac and Lucas Svoboda have had lots of practice in their young lives to practice generosity. “Our family is a big donor,” said Isaac. “We donate money to sports teams for jerseys and give to the food pantry.” Lucas added, “We also donate time on weekends to help with bingo at Bethany Home.”
