Studying Abroad Gives Axtell Graduate Chance For Reunion

An Axtell graduate studying to be a radiologist, a communications course offered in London, and an exchange student program, all came together last spring to create a wonderful reunion story. Shafer Fox, a 2012 graduate of Axtell High School, enrolled in a class offered abroad and while in Europe travelled to Germany to reunite with two exchange students who had stayed with his family while he was growing up.
Fox recently completed his second year at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and will be completing his studies for a Bachelor’s Degree at Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha before applying to the University Medical Center to complete his doctorate program in radiology.
