The Kearney County Health Services Board of Trustees considered a proposal from MindsEye for legacy electronic health record repository during the March 30 meeting.
KCHS is legally obligated to retain and have access to legacy health records. The current data repository through Centriq will end in December. The proposal was presented to the board for consideration to allow KCHS to remain in compliance. Although other options were considered before bringing the proposal to the board, MindsEye was selected as the best option. The proposal was accepted by the board and will go live by the end of the calendar year.
