Tuesday Nights Are For Christmas City Cornhole

Tuesdays have become a lot more exciting in Minden since Thomas and Allyson Sinsel introduced Christmas City Cornhole Leagues at the Windmill. Weekly competitions are held at the Windmill where players can have some fun and play for money.

“We noticed on Wednesdays and Thursdays going to Kearney and Gibbon leagues there were enough Minden people going there that it would probably be beneficial to start a Minden league so people wouldn’t have to travel,” Allyson explained.

The couple introduced Christmas City Cornhole Leagues in September 2020 using their own boards. The weekly event has drawn a steady crowd averaging 35 competitors since it began. The Minden league is one of several in the area.
