The final game of the regular season looked for a while like it would be a successful one for Wilcox-Hildreth, but Harvard came back in the second half and defeated the Falcons 51-47. Ahead of subdistricts Wilcox-Hildreth’s record was 6-14.
The Falcons had a 10-8 lead at the end of the first quarter and, with a strong second period advantage of 16-9, went into halftime ahead 26-17.
Harvard cut the deficit by three in the third quarter outscoring W-H 16-13. Through three, the Falcons remained on top 39-33.
