Whippets End Year At Cozad Invite, Placing Third

The Minden Whippet boys and girls track and field teams concluded their 2022 regular season schedule competing in the Cozad Invite on May 5.

The Minden boys placed fifth scoring 77.5 points with Broken Bow winning the event with 134.5 followed by Cozad with 95 and Gothenburg 88.

Minden was led by Caden Jameson taking second in the 800 and Bronson Glanzer second in the triple jump. Orrin Kuehn was third in 400 and Nathan Althouse third in the 3,200. Brett Eckhardt was third in the 110 hurdles and Levi Loseke was third in the 300 hurdles and Austin Lutkemeier third in the discus.
