Whippets Fall To Stars In C1-9 Final

The Minden Whippets volleyball team knew going into the Class C1-9 subdistrict volleyball tournament in Wood River on Oct. 30 they would have a steep challenge of playing their way into the 2012 Nebraska State Volleyball Tournament.
Minden was in line for one of the two wild cards in Class C-1 if all went according to plan. If not, the Whippets could be on the outside looking in if they didn’t win the subdistrict and district championship.
