Whippets Sweep Two On “Crush It For Cancer” Night

The Minden Whippets girls volleyball team hosted their annual “Crush It For Cancer” night on Thursday when they played a home triangular at C.L. Jones Gymnasium with the Alma Cardinals and Southern Valley Eagles.
Minden had no problem sweeping both Alma and Southern Valley in the seniors final home games to improve to 20-4. Playing in their final home games were Alaina Boudreau, Rachel Rutt, Sarah Ryan, Sydney Stadler, Nicole Stewart and Olivia Steen.
